ตำแหน่งงานที่เปิดรับ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Conduct analysis of the project’s database to create and execute marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve annual sales target
Research and analyze market, customers insight, and competitive advantage for product development
Track and analyze market trends, competitive markets, competitors’ offerings and promotional activities to respond with a quick-win and long-term solutions
Plan and control budget of each project assigned
Contacts and coordinates with customer, supplier and agency in order to process follow the plan assigned
Prepare monthly report of each project on marketing communication plan and performance analysis
Plan, delegate, and monitor marketing events to enhance sales volume
Coordinate with corporate branding and communication team to utilize communication channel to enhance sales opportunities
Coordinate with agency and supplier to produce the marketing tool for corporate campaign
Generate ideas to increase customer engagement and produce high-quality content by collaborating with graphic designer team
Regularly deliver engaging content, edit, proofread, and improve the content

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Mass communication, or related field
At least 5 years' experience in marketing with background in real estate is required
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing would be an advantage
Customer Centric and well utilize data
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Creative, initiative, proactive, result and customer oriented
Strategic thinker with good interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure atmosphere
Knowledge about Property such as Land Pricing, Land acquisition will be a plus
