PROUD shows strong form, closing a Big Lot foreign quota deal worth 500 million baht, pushing sales of the NUE District R9 project past 90%.

PROUD showcases its success after acquiring the Nue District R9 project, closing a Big Lot deal in the foreign quota segment worth 500 million baht, driving sales of the project past 90%. It's on track to close sales by Q1 2567, with a "Di Ngan Phra Ram 9" promotion, starting at 3.61 million baht and offering discounts up to 600,000 baht to boost sales. The company is also pushing marketing and sales abroad for the ROMM Convent and VEHHA Hua Hin projects, targeting potential countries such as Taiwan, Russia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and others for rapid growth.


Pasu Liptapanlop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate PLC (PROUD), revealed that after acquiring the Nue District R9 project, a large high-rise condominium in a prime location in the CBD (Central Business District) area next to Phra Ram 9 Road, there has been continuous interest from Thai and foreign customers. Recently, the company closed a Big Lot deal in the foreign quota segment, selling 95 units to Jadeite Investment Management Limited for over 500 million baht, closing the foreign quota segment. Only the Thai quota remains, with around 9.29% or 134 units left.


The project's success in the foreign market comes from its status as a quality real estate development recognized both domestically and internationally, meeting the needs of foreign customers directly, with comprehensive amenities in a prime location that foreign customers trust for investment, allowing for profit from market price differences.


A contract was signed with Jadeite Investment Management Limited, with the company receiving a 30% deposit upfront of the total value of the units sold, improving the company's investment return and providing more reserves for future developments, increasing the project's backlog to be recognized as revenue by 2568.


The company is also expanding marketing and sales abroad for its other projects, including ROMM Convent and VEHHA Hua Hin, planning roadshows to build confidence, targeting potential countries such as Taiwan, Russia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and others for rapid growth.


The NUE District R9 project is a large high-rise condominium in a prime location in the CBD area next to Phra Ram 9 Road, near the MRT Phra Ram 9 station, with a variety of indoor and outdoor common areas across over 6 rai, valued at 6,519 million baht. The project offers a special "Di Ngan Phra Ram 9" promotion, starting at 3.61 million baht with discounts up to 600,000 baht.
