PROUD is set to move into the SET (Stock Exchange of Thailand) after a full turnaround, revealing a positive direction for Q3/66. The company is expanding its portfolio to become a major real estate company.

PROUD is preparing to submit a request to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to move its listing from mai, following continuous growth and meeting the necessary qualifications. The business trend for Q3/2566 shows positive signals, with foreign purchasing power increasing, boosting sales for the VEHHA Hua Hin condominium project and the New District R9 project, which already has 90% presales. The company is moving forward as planned, accelerating ownership transfers to close the InterContinental Residences Hua Hin project, focusing on marketing strategies and targeting foreign customers more. The company aims to buy potential land for new horizontal and vertical projects to expand its business portfolio and achieve sustained growth, with a goal of becoming a major real estate company by 2570.


Pasu Liptapanlop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate PLC (PROUD), announced the company's plan to move its listing to the SET, emphasizing continuous growth and confidence in meeting the exchange's requirements. The company is currently in the process of submitting the request.


Q3/2566 business trends are positive, with foreign buying power driving housing demand, benefiting projects such as the 'VEHHA Hua Hin' luxury condominium, valued at 2,290 million baht, with 37% pre-sales, 50% of which are foreign buyers for residence or investment. The New District R9 project, valued at 6,519 million baht, has received strong interest from both Thai and foreign customers, with a recent 500 million baht Big Lot deal, pushing sales to 90%.


Moving forward, the company aims to close the InterContinental Residences Hua Hin project and is progressing with the 'ROMM Convent' project, a luxury condominium in a prime location on Convent-Sathorn Road, valued at 4,150 million baht, with 34% pre-sales. The VI ARI project, an ultra-luxury detached house in Ari Soi 3, is valued at 495 million baht. The company is focusing on marketing strategies, offering promotions to boost sales and encourage real demand, with the NUE Cross Khu Khot project, valued at 2,105 million baht, achieving 100% pre-sales and expected to start transferring ownership in early 2567.


The company also plans to purchase new potential land and study customer needs to develop horizontal and vertical projects, with a strategy to design residences that meet all lifestyle needs, expanding its business portfolio and marketing internationally for the VEHHA Hua Hin and ROMM Convent projects, targeting potential foreign customers from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and more, aiming for growth towards becoming a major real estate company.

The company currently has a backlog of 10,500 million baht, which will be recognized as revenue gradually from now until 2569. For the first half of 2566, the company had total revenue of 1,192 million baht, up 1,082 million baht from 110 million baht in the same period last year, or 983% growth, with a net profit of 147 million baht, compared to a net loss of 58 million baht in the same period last year.


Q2/66 results showed total revenue of 288 million baht, up 178 million baht from 110 million baht in the same period last year, or 162% growth, with a net profit of 9 million baht, compared to a net loss of 20 million baht in the same period last year.
