Personal Information Protection Policy

Proud Real Estate (PLC) and its subsidiaries “Companies” are aware of the confidence of their customers, so it gives priority on personal information on the Internet network with the policy on personal information protection of the customers as follows:

Collection of personal information. It has the objective to be used in the consideration of the customer's qualifications and for convenience in the contact back only.

System for controlling the personal information. After the customer has already registered it, the Company shall keep the customer's information in confidential except in the case there is a legal inspection, and that information shall be deleted out of its database upon the customer notifies the Company via a letter or by email.

Disclosure of information to a third party. The Company shall not reveal the customer information to a third party to be used in any business activity except by consent from the customer, or such the revelation of information is to comply with the law or the order of a relevant state agency.

Consent on collecting the information. The Company shall collect personal information from registration, email, and its website. Moreover, if the customer still proceeds further, it shall consider the customer allows it to collect their information.
