(“the Company”) to collect, use, disclose, or transfer my personal data to third parties or agents, as specified in the document attached hereto [KS1.1], for the purpose of offering the Unit for rent and/or seeking tenants, including but not limited to contacting, coordinating, negotiating, arranging appointments, and carrying out any actions related to the rental of the Unit. By giving this consent, I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows: 1. I acknowledge and understand that the Company acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator between myself and any third-party agents. Any negotiations, agreements, or arrangements entered into between myself and such agents shall be solely between myself and the agents. The Company shall not be a party to, nor bear any responsibility or liability for, such agreements. 2. 3. I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to the Company through the designated communication channels. Such withdrawal shall not affect the legality of any collection, use, or disclosure of personal data conducted prior to the receipt of such notice. 4. I acknowledge that the withdrawal of this consent may result in the Company being unable to provide certain services related to the rental of the Unit and other related services. I hereby certify that I have carefully read and fully understood the contents of this consent form and agree to be bound hereby.
