The VEHHA Hua Hin Condominium project has partnered with the Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin and Vana Nava Water Park, creating a seamless connection between the condominium, hotel, and water park. This collaboration establishes the largest mixed-use development in Hua Hin, spanning over 35 rai, and elevates the residential experience by integrating world-class hotel services with premium leisure and lifestyle amenities. This agreement extends until 2032.

PROUD is ready to accelerate after transferring its securities to the SET, reaffirming its strength as an ultra-luxury real estate developer focusing on CBD locations and Hua Hin. The company highlights that all its ongoing projects are performing well, with a loan rejection rate of only 26%. PROUD is preparing to celebrate the completion of the Nue Cross Khu Khot Station project while advancing its marketing strategy targeting high-end Thai and international clients. The company is also developing its business in line with ESG principles, responding to global investment trends with a focus on sustainability. For Q2 2024, PROUD reported total revenue of 713 million baht and a net profit of 12 million baht, reflecting a 33% growth. For the first half of 2024, total revenue was 1,784 million baht, with a net profit of 89 million baht.

PROUD has announced its Q2/2024 financial results, reporting revenue of 713 million baht, a 148% increase from 288 million baht in the same period last year. Net profit reached 12 million baht, up 33% from 9 million baht year-over-year. For the first half of 2024, the company achieved revenue of 1,784 million baht, a 50% increase from 1,192 million baht in the first half of the previous year, and net profit of 89 million baht.
